Mr. Brown and Mr. Shiles will offer a 2-night (6 hour) seminar  on Tuesday, March 7th, and Thursday, March 9th at Autry Technology Center. The first night will address the basics of estate planning, the second, more advanced planning topics, such as revocable trusts and special estate planning strategies unique to farm and ranch estates, including special tax considerations and issues that need to be addressed in passing down the family farm or ranch from one generation to the next. October 2003

On October 28 and 30, Mr. Brown and Mr. Shiles presented a 2-night (6 hour) seminar at Autry Technology Center. The first night focused on the basics of estate planning, including wills, probate, property ownership, powers of attorney, estate planning for the elderly, and Medicaid and special needs planning. The second night covered advanced planning topics, such as revocable living trusts, tax planning, life insurance, retirement accounts, and special estate planning strategies for "passing down the family farm" or family-owned business.
